50/50 is a comedy-drama and inspirational film based on a true story which centers on the life of Adam (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a 27-year old guy who was diagnosed with cancer, and on how he struggles to beat it. 50/50 is directed by Jonathan Levine, and the story was loosely based on the life of screenwriter Will Reiser. Will Reiser wrote the film’s screenplay.
