War Horse (TRAILER & SYNOPSIS)

War Horse tells the story of  a young man named Albert and his horse, Joey, and how their bond is broken when Joey is sold to the cavalry and sent to the trenches of World War One. Despite being too young to enlist, Albert heads to France to save his friend. War Horse is directed by Steven Spielberg. The film is based on both War Horse, a children's novel set during World War I (Michael Morpurgo) and the 2007 stage play of the same name.

War Horse is set to be released in the United States on December 25, 2011.
